Shipping policy

Shipping and processing times:

All items will be shipped via USPS Standard unless otherwise stated. Upgrades are available only upon request. Items will ship out within 4 weeks of the date your order is placed. Shipping times can take between 1 and 5 business days to arrive. Shipping times are based on USPS shipping times and can experience delays within USPS. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS. 

Returns and exchanges: 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping their returns and any costs related to shipping. Items must be returned undamaged and must include all pieces in order to receive a refund or exchange. If items are returned damaged or missing pieces, we will attempt to reach out to you to resolve the issue. If a resolution can not be reached customers will be responsible for all costs involved in your order and return. Refunds will not be issued until the item is received at our location and its condition is confirmed to be undamaged and in one piece. Exchanges are subject to the same processing and shipping times as new orders.
